Wheeler Home Concepts has been photographing all of my Real Estate Listings since the onset of their company. I have not had one complaint over the perfection and quality of their work. I thought photos I took previously were good but in reality ... they can not compare. Their expertise makes me look good. We are very pleased with both the professionalism of Josh and the quality of the rental property photos. The response we've had to our listing exceeded our expectations. The townhouse next to us was listed for months before it was rented, but we already have several applicants after being listed less than 2 weeks. We received complements from potential tenants on how the photos accurately reflected the property. We also received positive feedback on the room dimensions in our ad. Having Josh do the measurements was convenient and more accurate than using our tape measure. Would definitely recommend, it was a worthwhile investment for us.

I was impressed with the response time Josh provided quote for job.

The "Free Preparing for Photography Checklist" answered all of our questions about what stays up, what should be removed and how to unclutter your home.
