Excellent service and experience! Ali was absolutely wonderful and incredibly responsive and professional. He called me soon after I submitted my inquiry on Thumbtack and since he was in the area, he came by the same afternoon to not only look at the area I needed cleaned but cleaned it then and there. He showed me all the chemicals he used and explained to me exactly what he was going to do. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. My carpet looks and smells wonderful and I now know who to contact for all future cleanings I may need.
