- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m available for family events to ensure all parties are present especially for establishing estates and power of attorney. Health Directives do not REQUIRE Notarization and all Notarization require notarial wording or I’ll be required to offer you options but cannot choose your document.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A general 5-10 minutes conversation about you, the required attendant(s) Who? What? Where? When?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified by the National Notary Association as a notary and signing agent. Also pursuing training through Mark Wills Loan Signing System currently.
