Hi! Thanks for viewing my profile! I am a 500 hour Experienced yoga instructor and a level one yoga therapist. I am also an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Personal trainer. I work with individuals right where they are and where they wish to be. I offer private and group yoga sessions in the areas of emotional, mental, and physical well-being. I will personalize a program just for you with a focus on your needs and intentions. Yoga is a great practice on its own to improve strength, flexibility, and balance or you may choose to pair it with me with personal training programs or with your Physical Therapist for rehabilitation. You may wish for Yoga Therapy sessions with me and/ or pair sessions with your own therapist or counselor for mental health and well-being. I offer in person sessions at Liberty Yoga in Newark as well as virtual sessions on Zoom. I also offer group session with the theme of your choice like self love, stress release, inner peace and strength, clarity, and more.
