The township had me "against the wall" for drawings for an addition I'm building on my house and Dale came thru. We didn't agree on everything, but in the end he delivered in Timely fashion. Already about to hire him door another property I have.

I was in a pinch for a set of blueprints needed to submit to the city and needed them asap. My entire job could not move forward without them. I spoke with Dale on the urgency of the matter along with several other design services. LET ME TELL YOU. Dale Graham knows his stuff, he was able to take my details over the phone and fill in all the gaps I couldnt communicate. The other guys had no idea what I was even asking for!
