I was in a pinch for a set of blueprints needed to submit to the city and needed them asap. My entire job could not move forward without them. The township had me "against the wall" for drawings for an addition I'm building on my house and Dale came thru. We didn't agree on everything, but in the end he delivered in Timely fashion. Already about to hire him door another property I have.
