Introduction: I am a professional chef with over 25 years of experience. I do designed menus and catered events for groups of 4 to 2000. Events include creating private dinners for top executives to catering large local events. My goal is to provide my guest with a unique experience that will be that rare split-the-difference dining event that has sophisticated food but not a whiff of arrogance and that shimmers attractively without sizzling flamboyantly. I specialize in fresh, farm-to-table, vegetarian and ethnic cuisine. My goal is to create an event that mirrors the host's desire and his/her vision.
