- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weddings are discounted for the remainder of Feb. 2025. Offering $920 for wedding DJ services. $10 off the base price for every point the Birds won by.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I tend to call and try to talk with new customers. There is less grey area this way. I can answer questions, explain all of our services, and book new clients in a short period of time (versus dragging it out over texts and emails).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My work experience is as diverse as any most have ever seen. However, my unique gift is that I take information that I learned from any job I've had into my future. Over years it makes my skillset quite unique. So much so that my life experience has provided all of the training I could have ever hoped for and it gives my clients a level of satisfaction unique to my company.
