- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to set my prices to be affordable for all. I tell people all the time, you don’t have to be rich or a celebrity to afford my services. Discount offered to new customers 1st booked session. 50% Non-refundable deposit required to confirm any appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 48 hours before appointment, so you won’t forfeit your payment. Payment is due in full before the start of your scheduled session. Travel: Client is responsible for any travel expenses including air, lodging and ground transportation. Locals: Fee assessed for travel over 25 miles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a consultation with the potential client in-person or over the phone to get an understanding of what their needs are. Then I ask them to either set up FaceTime call or send me photographs of their face to see their complexion and skin texture, so I can give an more accurate assessment for services. I also ask for pictures of the look they want to achieve, letting the client know it would not be exact b/c it is not my work. But I will do my best and will make you look just as beautiful.

My education comes from years of experience, research and taking courses to increase my skill level and talents.
