- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, not really. There are a few things that help me determine what the cost of a project would be. I do occasionally work by the hour and charge the minimum standard price of $30.00 per hour. My square footage and linear pricing can vary quite a bit, so it is necessary to look at a project and determine if there are any variables that would affect the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to what they need and want. I then ask them to allow me to look at the project site to better determine what the estimated cost might be. I try to advise them as much as I can, but ultimately, what they want and need is most important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended college and business school to learn the skills needed to operate a business as well as how to listen to others. The relationships we form throughout our lives will always have an impact on our endeavors.
