- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on breed age amount of coat and what the customer wants done and the amount of time that will be required to groom each individual dog.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first grooming I like to take my time and get to know the dog and its specific needs requirements. I also like to try to get a feel for what the owner would like done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been professionally grooming for 30 years I currently own breed and show dogs and when I am not at shows I am grooming.
