If you are looking for someone to spoil your puppy with love, look no further. Worry endlessly while in pets absence? Fear not! Karen will update you throughout your separation, often with both pictures and texts. Her enthusiasm is matched only by her courteous nature. Quick to respond to our inquiry, and arriving to the job with time to spare gave us a much needed break for a night out. The puppies and Karen made fast friends! I recommend In Good Hands because when your pets are with Karen they are with the best!

I have used In Good Hands now on 2 occasions and have found Karen to be very responsive and professional. She sends me pictures of the animals during her visits and leaves me written updates when I return from my travel and is always responsive when I contact her to discuss things. I would recommend her to those looking for a reliable animal sitter.

I have been using Karen as my dog sitter for over a year since I got my dog, Boomer. I travel frequently for work so I often ask Karen to come over to my house to care for Boomer when I am away. Knowing that Boom is in Karen's care when I am away gives me so much peace of mind. She is trustworthy, timely, and places a high importance on communication. I am confident that Boomer is well taken care of and safe when I am away. Karen always sends me updates on her visits with Boomer and it's easy to reach her with any questions or concerns I have. I can't imagine not having Karen to care for Boom when I travel. Her integrity and genuine care for my pup is evident. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair pricing for exceptional, professional service. Pricing will be discussed with client prior to service. Number of pets needing care, type of care and travel time to client will be considered prior to service quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My desire is to provide excellent service that exceeds my clients expectations. Prior to service, I discuss client needs over the phone and then set up a "meet and greet." At this time we will have the opportunity to meet in person to see if we are a good match. Many of my clients become long term, happy, repeat customers. My goal is that will happen for you as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an educator who loves working with pets and people. While I have been a kindergarten teacher for many years, I have also been watching and caring for client's pets. I am now providing pet care full time and love it! I'd love to meet and service you.
