Without a doubt, Bill Hart exceeded all of my expectations. He contacted me just minutes after I submitted my request. He came out the next day to give me an estimate which was very reasonable for all the work I needed. (I got a new rubber roof and two skylights.) Bill is knowledgeable and professional but most of all, he was genuinely concerned about getting my job done before I had any additional damage. It was a pleasure to deal with Hart Home Improvements.

Bill and his team showed up exactly when they said they would (next day service on a roof leak, which is really important!) and they clearly explained the issue and potential fixes. I was pleased with the work and will be hiring them again in the near future for additional maintenance!

Bill was absolutely great. He came out the first day I contacted him and completed the estimate. He provided details and pictures about the current state of my roof. We had some unforeseen scheduling issues due to the weather, but Bill was patient and maintained contact about his availability. It was a pleasure working with Bill and I look forward to using him again for the second part of my roof repair.

I've been in the field for 22 years now and am certified in almost every product we offer.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew i wasn't going to further my education in college so i figured it was time to get a real job. Was offered a job at a roofing company as a laborer, moved up the ladder and after 14 years was offered the role of Head foreman.
