- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I based my pricing on the scope of the work involved as well as my time and team member's time to execute the logistics for each event. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Meeting a new client is exciting! It gives them an opportunity to explain in detail their vision for their event and we discuss how I can assist them to bringing that vision to life. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I worked as an apprentice for 10 years with a wedding and event manager and learned the basics of the business as well as in my own professional and personal career working in various arenas from pharmaceutical events/meeting to technology and social events.
