No, my fees are very simple based on the project. Always guaranteed, fully.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To create a resume and cover letter that gets interviews, I conduct in-depth interviews with my clients, to dig out their achievements and special qualities. This helps them to distinguish themselves from the many competitive job-seekers who will respond to a listing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
An extensive background in business working for large companies like IBM and Xerox, small companies like AGS Management Systems and Pentamation, in both sales, marketing and consulting, as a manager and a line employee. All allow me to understand what business does, how it operates. For a resume I interview each new client for at least an hour to pull out their achievements, then using my notes I create a powerhouse resume for them, after which we discuss what I've created to make certain it satisfies all of my clients' requirements and he or she is completely satisfied with it.
