- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service call fee is $85, which covers the diagnosis. If the customer proceeds with the repair, that fee is applied toward the total cost. I don’t usually offer discounts due to travel and time, but I always aim to provide fair and transparent pricing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer about the issue and gather details. Then I schedule a visit, diagnose the problem on-site, and explain the solution and cost. If approved, I proceed with the repair
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and experience working with different appliance systems. I stay updated by continuously learning and working on a wide range of repairs.
