I completed a CPR and AED course and Miguel was my instructor. He is enthusiastic and passionate about teaching this course. The course was hands on and Miguel made sure to ask if I had any questions after each teaching point. He was engaging and articulate and made me think about why certain techniques were used. He was organized and had everything necessary to enable me to learn. He also made use of the whiteboard to write up important information. I left this course feeling more than confident that I could do CPR or use the AED machine with confidence. I would recommend this course to anyone, and thank Miguel for being a wonderful instructor.
