What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in Emergency Medical Services and 15 years of experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Like I said before, I like to teach and help. Being a firefighter gives me the opportunity to do both and as an instructor, also gives me the same opportunity.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Basic CPR/AED training. healthcare providers for the most part.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I'm proud to the fact that when I get my evaluations back, everyone is giving me positive reviews; also at the end of the class, I can say that I made a difference in their lives.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at their body of work, how long does it take to give the class, it that person rushing the class?
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The psychological impact that saving lives does to you, positive or negative.
