We guarantee the line of products we carry are of the highest quality. Which includes our garage doors (CHI), automatic operators (Liftmaster), and all of the other parts we stock. We even provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty on Torsion Springs, Galvanized Nylon Long-stem Rollers, LiftMaster motors, and new CHI garage door sections that are installed by us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The new customer contacts us by calling our 24-hour business line or by clicking on the "Contact Us" link on our website. We then ask for a brief description of the issues the customer is having with their door or operator. Once we have a good understanding of the problem at hand we schedule an appointment for the appropriate time and then we gather the customer's address and phone number. Once the technician is 15 minutes from arriving, we give every customer a courtesy call to let them know we are almost there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 12 years of experience in the overhead door industry and are proud to have a Certified Master Technician handling our service calls, both commercial and residential in Jacksonville, FL.
