I am a certified life coach. As a life coach, I am able to help others obtain goals that they believed to be unreachable. I also help others find their life-directed path with a great degree of success.
Paradigm shifting is when the usual and accepted way of doing or thinking about something changes completely. I help others uncover hidden paradigms that keep them from new possibilities. Any "can't" can be turned into a "can."

I think the title "life coach" falls well short of the mark of who Abby is. Friend, mentor, inspiration, driving force toward improvement comes somewhat closer.
When I met Abby, I was on a path to certain self destruction. Through her words and inspiration, I am now on the road to recovery, and reaching out to help others as well.
I case I haven't said it lately, Thank you Abby, I feel fortunate to have you as my sister in atms.
