I had no clue how to approach my situation because in my long years of living, I never faced an issue that ever prompted me to ever consider or even seek counseling. I felt very nervous, confused and at a loss for words. However, when I shared my problem with Manik, his approach was well structured and at the end of my session with him, I felt emotionally better since I found the clarity and confidence needed to tackle my problem. I was freed of the guilt feeling that had shaken my confidence and entrapped me for nearly a month.

Manik had a helpful, structured way to guide me when I didn’t even know what I needed. I was able to produce the most authentic list of my strengths and weaknesses that I’ve ever made with his guidance. I was able to answer important questions like where do I intend to be 3 months from now, what steps do I need to take to get there, how will I measure my progress, and what will I do to celebrate my success. Manik was able to help me be confident in my personal and career goals for the upcoming year. My goal for our first session was to leave with a sense of motivation and clarity, I definitely did!
