- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not use commissioned sales people which means no negotiating. We have all set pricing a some extra discounts for our Military (active and veterans), Medical, First Responders and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go over the system and pricing either in our store or over the phone, schedule install and enjoy your better than bottled water.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We go over everything with the customer about our system and the care.
