Luc was absolutely incredible to work with. We needed a garbage disposal installed, and he was able to come through for us in a timely manner. He was very quick to respond, and very personable & friendly. His prices are also beyond reasonable, especially compared to the competitors. Clean efficient work. Luc Demo'd our old vanity that ran from wall to wall as well as a large mirror glued to the wall. He was able to remove it in one piece.installed our new vanity that was complicated by the plumbing coming from the side wall instead of the back.

Luc responded to me within 30 minutes of sending message about my broken garbage disposal. He was able to fit me in 2 days later and was perfectly on time. When he arrived, he replaced the broken kitchen faucet with a brand new one within 30 minutes. He was supposed to replace the garbage disposal, but I did not provide the correct equipment, and instead of saying he couldn’t do the job Luc went ahead and fixed the old garbage disposal instead. He was fast and efficient. He kept me updated at all times and even explained to me the mechanisms behind what he was doing. I will definitely be using him again for all of my handyman work!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my jobs by the hr , but I do try to include perks and materials where I can . Such as but not limited to batteries for devices. Caulkings , silicone, sealants . Even certain plumbing related parts .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first a greeting then right to the customers needs . Now I try to help the customer as much as possible even going to buy the materials needed if the customer has limited time or ability. I work hard not to overcharge and be realistic. I’m very flexible with my time and days . I want to customer to feel they got their moneys worth with me .
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I very much enjoy doing handyman work and helping people. I’ve been in construction and maintenance for a long time.
