Thank you to Dimitri for such a quick response to addressing my need for refrigerator repair. He was able to come the say day and fixed my refrigerator within an hour. Just before he left I asked him if he could possible unscrew the cover of the light in my stove, to which I was having trouble unscrewing myself. He immediately went to the task at hand. I really appreciated him taking an extra moment to help me. It is that kind of costumer service which would lead me to hire him again for my future appliance needs.

My dishwasher is very sensitive to the way its loaded. A couple times when the lower tray is not all the way in due to the way dishes are placed, the dishwasher does not run. This has happened twice and each time I sent a request in to Appliance Repair Solution to come see whats going on with the dishwasher. Both times my husband was able to fix the problem by rearranging the dishes so the lower tray goes all the way back and dishwasher started to run. But both these times I canceled my appointment last minute and ARS were extremely responsive and were okay with the last minute change. If nothing else I appreciate their responsiveness and flexibility.
