We thought a leak was due to plumbing but SWF determined it was due to AC issues. Since the unit is on the 2nd floor, they could have easily said “We won’t know without cutting through the 1st floor ceiling. There’s a charge for that”. But they didn’t. The worker was on time, professional and not trying to stick us with an unnecessary bill. While this didn’t work out, for any future plumbing issues I’d trust this company.

He gave cost saving recommendations and went out of his way to fix things that had previously been done cheaply. From start to finish, P and M Plumbing was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. It's truly hard to find honest contractors anymore. P and M Plumbing had competitive pricing and along with the other reviews, as well as the way they spoke to me, is why I chose them. They did not disappoint! Pierre installed a self purchased water softener, water filter system, and a tankless water heater. He was flexible with my schedule and even did work when I wasn't able to be home. He has to run a new main water line to make this project work, and everything came out great. Very respectful of the property and just overall quality work. I will definitely use P and M for my future projects!
