Also had Biasi Plumbing look over all other plumbing and he gave recommendations for "preventative maintenance" moving forward. I highly recommend Biasi Plumbing and will be calling again to handle that preventative maintenance. We thought a leak was due to plumbing but SWF determined it was due to AC issues. Since the unit is on the 2nd floor, they could have easily said “We won’t know without cutting through the 1st floor ceiling. There’s a charge for that”. But they didn’t. The worker was on time, professional and not trying to stick us with an unnecessary bill. While this didn’t work out, for any future plumbing issues I’d trust this company.
