My experience couldn't have been better! No A/C in the middle of a Florida August can create a little anxiety, checking online reviews can really add to that. We needed a complete AC unit, no repairing the old one. I set out to find some companies to get quotes from. I live in West Palm and my mom lives in Titusville, so I set up times to meet with them. 8 quotes, 4 in-town and 4 from nearby, I was not to happy. Finally we called Martin Air. Frank Diaz gave us the quote on exactly the brand we wanted and explained sizing, tonnage and seer needs.They were the most honest, most professional, friendly, punctual and knowledgeable of the people we met. Will tell u that he was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. But the cheapest quote we got wanted to sell us a brand we didn't want, then nickeled and dimed the price up. Frank gave us a very fair price and explained the when, what and why of every item. Workmanship is of very high quality. I have waited this long to share my experience because I wanted to make sure the job held up. I can say I am very happy with their service and would recommend to family and friends.

Frank completed everything he promised to do. Professional service and was very courteous. The equipment installed was as advertised. He was punctual and always available by phone or text. I would highly recommend for others looking for HVAC repairs or installs.

Frank was simply a joy to work with. He priced us very fairly and communicated well. When he and his helper arrived, they didn't waste time at all and were very efficient in replacing our A/C. We would highly recommend Frank! Thank you, Frank, for such a wonderful job!
