Our stick built wood fences use concrete on the posts, fresh treated pine frame and either pressure treated pine or cypress pickets. Nails are hot dipped galvanized.ring shank and gate hardware is black vinyl coated steel.
Our vinyl fences use 100% vigin co- extruded materials with a manufacturers limited lifetime warranty. All posts get 60lbs of concrete and gates come with self closing hinges and key lockable latches.
Our aluminum products are powder coated and come with a manufacturers limited lifetime warranty. All paid posts are anchored with concrete and gates come with self closing hinges and key lockable latches.
Every fence we build is installed to last. We provide a workmanship warranty of up to 5 years.

Gifford Fence helped me removing fence and then putting it back for my neighbor for construction at my place. They are very responsive and accommodating. I was communicating with Jerry and after first conversation I had no doubt that they are best at their job.
I asked for quotes from 3-4 different companies and Gifford had the best quote and I chose them because Jerry understood what I need in one shot.
Jerry did not charge anything for removing fence and told me they charge once the job completes and I paid them after 45 days when they put the fence back.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our services are priced per linear foot. Smaller jobs (under 150') will have a higher per foot price compared to a job that is over 150'. We do offer military, first responder and teacher discounts and pricing discounts on larger jobs (over 300')
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process if pretty simple. We come out and provide a free on site estimate. If you decide to move forward with us we will email you the contract and any permit paperwork we need signed. One we have that paperwork back we can get you a tentative date on the calendar and get to work on any permitting work that needs to be done. Homeowners are responsible for any needed HOA approvals, but we can help with that paperwork. I do collect a 50% deposit, but I don't usually need any money until the week before your installation. I do take cash, check, credit cards and several payment services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the fence business since 1978 when my Dad started our original company in Nashville TN. I have been running the company here in Florida since 2009. I have 45 years experience in the fence industry from installation to sales to management.
