- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always fair, and is based off of the needs and wants of the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally with a new customer I like to speak with them either over the phone or through text message so that I can get a better understanding of what needs to be done and how. Then I like to do a quick on site consultation to review pricing, material requirements, and any other details that need to be reviewed. I like to have all parties in agreeance on scheduling desires, timelines, and pricing, then we move forward on work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with general contractors on many projects around Universal studios and Advent Health.
