- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated here, I usually just bid my work on a labor basis, which in turn gives the customer the choice of what product they want to use, and how much they have in their budget to spend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple. I treat my new customers like I have known them for years. I like to establish a friend's first situation at first; then we move on to the business aspect of it, then end up back as new friends for life once the project is complete.
