I am an ordained minister of 38 years with a doctoral degree in Pastoral Community Counseling. My wife has a PhD. in Christian Counseling and together we carry a busy schedule working mostly for churches and colleges. We find quick resolutions for couples in conflict because we use the Basement Theory for Couples Conflict Resolution. This is a conflict resolution diagnostic technique. This technique is very effective in uncovering the exact cause of a conflict between a couple without either party opening his or her mouth. We have been using zoom for crisis interventions and other mitigating circumstances that do not allow for face to face contact, like distance.
