- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60 an hr for personal training, strength and conditioning, speedblast training, self defense, MMA, Boxing, Muay thai, and fitness training. I negotiate deals, and will do discounts for payments upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client reaches out to me I start by asking what the client is looking for overall and what goals they would like to reach. After we go over the details of what theyre looking for I set up a one on one session to see where the client is at from there. I will start by doing different assessments, like your body fat analysis, heart rate, measurements, and several different functional movement screening tests, The first few sessions may be intimidating, but I promise I'll walk and guide you through every process.
