Introduction: I love to have fun when working out. I find that when you have fun you work harder and its more enjoyable. I also like to establish a friendship with the client so it doesn't seem like just a trainer client relationship. I love the fact that others trust me to get them results. I've never had an unhappy client. There is nothing more satisfying then when your clients get the results they want.
