Kathryn has been managing our townhouse for almost 4 years. My wife and I are both professionals and work long hours and we did not have the time to manage a rental property. Kathryn found our tenants in less than a week and the tenants have been in our property ever since. We had one catastrophic emergency when the water filter tank fell over and spilled salt water all over the garage floor. Kathryn was there immediately to get that resolved and got everything taken care of for us. We couldn't ask for better service. Thanks Kathryn!!

Kathryn was outstanding and professional in finding a renter for my mother's home in Eustis after she passed away. She found a great couple who wanted to rent it at full price for two years! If you have ever rented out properties, you know that one of the biggest times to lose money is when you have a hard time filling it between renters and it sits there empty. With a two-year contract I now have great peace of mind. She also had vendors to do the pre move-in painting and cleaning so I didn't have to. That made things much easier and smoother for everyone concerned. Thank you Kathryn!

As Realtors,we are required to take continuing education to maintain our license. In addition to our requirement, we frequently attend seminars on marketing, finance/accounting etc to keep us up to date on the lastest ideas.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Kathryn, the owner of Orlando Inland Realty, grew up around Real Estate as her mother has been in the sales side of real estate for many years. She started off as a Leasing Consultant at an upscale apartment community. Quickly moved up to Property Manager. She received her Real Estate license in 2003 and has been in residential property management and sale since.
