After interviewing several companies to replace all the windows in my home I chose Window Source. Windows are a scary thing to have replaced. These guys came in at a price I could afford. They left me with a sense that I would be able to get what I needed from them.
The windows were installed yesterday. They were able to complete the entire job in one day which was very surprising. I did a very professional job. I absolutely love my new windows. I can’t believe what a difference they make. I recommend them without hesitation

Was supposed to be out for a 10am appt. on a Sat. Spoke with the scheduler from their company on the phone. I had a hard stop at 1030AM. Sales individual called jumping around with times he wanted to come out, sounded like he just rolled out of bed. Told him to cancel the appt. because he wanted to come out and quote when I was not there, then got nasty on the phone and hung up on me. Will not use, will not call back, and if they act like that before you even talk with them, what would be the result of the install?

I would give them 10 stars if I could. They we're an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end with the whole process. My windows look AMAZING! and the price was very reasonable. Go with them. You won't regret it!
