Completely and totally unprofessional and disrespectful to customers asking for a little business common courtesy of contacting the customer if you were going to be getting here later or if you were not going to be coming at all. Instead of “I not going back and forth. Once again I never said I wasn’t coming at all and you have had that come out of your mouth twice now. So proof read your texts and don’t assume things and maybe we wouldn’t have had an issue. I simply said “ If you can’t finish today, then I need for this to be done by tomorrow. It will be raining all week next week. So I guess it will have to be tomorrow. You should’ve contact me early this morning when you realized that you were unable to come over today. Regardless of you telling yesterday that were going to be running late, you still should have contact me if you were going to be getting here later and especially if you were not going to be coming over at all. It’s just common courtesy, that’s all. And you have to come back with this response “I never said I wasn’t coming today. Like I said I would be delayed today having to load everything. And then 2 more issues happen this morning that I had no control over. But regardless I wouldn’t have been there early this morning. I’m going to just send you a refund. Sorry for the inconvenience. I don’t need a life coach right now telling what I should have done. Especially when I’m giving you a great deal on the job. With other companies having to buy materials it would have cost you closer to $1500. Sorry it didn’t work out as planned. Life goes on. And then stating the following “I not going back and forth. Once again I never said I wasn’t coming at all and you have had that come out of your mouth twice now. So proof read your texts and don’t assume things and maybe we wouldn’t have had an issue. Have a blessed day!!!! How about you reading your texts. I specifically stated at the beginning “If you can’t finish today, then I need for this to be done by tomorrow. It will be raining all week next week. So I guess it will have to be tomorrow. “

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Honestly I was motivated to start a business when I found out my first daughter was on the way. I was blessed to have a great family to help me get started and I haven’t looked back ever since. I’ve continued to increase my knowledge and offer more services over the years. I believe we should never stop learning new skills or perfecting skills we already have.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Home owners, large companies, corporations, churches, daycare centers, and condominium associations.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Go with your heart and hire the company you feel comfortable with. Yes In some cases cost comes into play, but going with the cheapest company is not always gonna leave you happy at the end of the day. Spending a little extra will guarantee your project will last a long time and make you happy. Peace of mind is priceless!!!!
