Introduction: I offer design/build as well as consulting services. I have a laptop and I will travel. I do 3D Autocad design modeling, topographic studies and site analysis.
I handle HOA and ADB approvals. I create custom residential designs including pools, spas, pergolas, gazebos, decks and walkovers, bulkheads and retaining walls.
I specialize in sustainable landscape renovations using Florida-Friendly design methods. I also offer city and county commercial design consulting, administrative deviations for site planning, and ten set review. I can provide assistance with all aspects of irrigation, and low voltage LED lighting for residential homes.
I am a design lecturer for Duval County Public Schools and speak in both educational events and classrooms. I present CRAs and master plans to planning and development.
My Landscape architect's license is LA0001362 in the state of Florida.
