I am a 200hr certified yoga instructor. I fell in love with this practice and it has brought me wellness in unimaginable ways. Sharing the joy of healing with others is what I consider my purpose. Elizabeth is a delight to be around. Someone who is really paying attention. Her yoga classes are always just what the group needs. She brings with her the depth of practice which she is growing, and encourages her students to open new doors of perception as she is doing in her personal practice.

Liza is truly a gifted yoga instructor! She easily became a favorite because of her dedication to creating a well-rounded and healing practice. She caters to all yogi levels and provides plenty of pose variations. Each practice draws attention to the mental and physical, and I always left the mat feeling lighter! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations are $25/hr. After the consultation you have the option to choose: 1 hour long session = $80 6 sessions/2 weeks = $450 36 sessions/3 months = $2,200 *Prices are based on 1 student. Additional person/group classes are only available for single session rates, please refer to price list*
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first meeting we will consult about your needs and preferences as well as our potential schedule, this can be done in person or by phone. I will then curate classes designed for your specific needs and we will begin practicing.
