Komerci Group team is phenomenal property management. I have been using this company for about 6 months. From the beginning, Kenndy became my property manager and she did my transition from another company very easy and smooth. She answers emails promptly and you can get in touch with her in other ways. Very technology savvy, which I like. Such of a relief not getting tenant's calls anymore, because everything is being handle by Komerci Group.

We are extremely pleased with Eco-Friendly Cleaning. They are truly a caring, careful and professional house cleaning service. They bring all their own supplies and products. And the products they use really make the house smell great! Not only that, but the cleaning products are all environmentally friendly and also safe to use around all pets, (oh, now I understand their name! LOL) We have 4 dogs, 5 cats and 2 rabbits and a few member of our home have allergies, so getting the house truly clean for us and our pets has always been a huge priority. And, until now, it has been nearly impossible to find a cleaning company that really understood that we needed to have only products that were not also potentially harmful to our home, our things, our pets, or us. Just splashing a bunch of vinegar on everything is not a cleaning solution. Luckily for us, Eco-Friendly gets it, and their cleaning products are the best. And our home has never smelled better. Visitors actually are surprised to find out we have so many pets, saying that our home smells like an open house showcase home! James Williams and Garrett Wayne are true professionals that go above and beyond for their clients and renters.
