Nirva gave my husband and myself an hour massage each. We are Jiu-jitsu athletes that over train our bodies and we both have neck issues. After our massage both my husband and I felt so incredibly relaxed and loose. Our muscles were so tight we could barely round out our shoulders. After our massage we felt like our posture immediately improved. The massage was so therapeutic. We are going to book her every month for 2021.

Nirva is a true professional who is communicative and punctual. During the massage, she included stretches, her movements were fluid while taking time to focus on areas that needed attention, and provided great deep tissue work.
