We've worked with Key Construction on several projects over the years and have always been impressed by their professionalism and quality. Most recently, they’ve taken on our custom 7,000-square-foot home as general contractor—a complex build that began in November. As of April 10th, the rough electrical is complete, the windows are in, and we're ready for drywall and stucco.
The owner has been fantastic—reliable, responsive, and committed to excellence. His integrity and clear communication give us full confidence in the process.

Key Construction remodeled our Venice Island condo. From planning to completion, it was a wonderful experience with great communication from Nicholas through weekly updates and videos.
Our stunning open-style kitchen and living room feature Cambria Quartz countertops and backsplash, along with a large island that offers spacious storage cabinets and drawers. The beautiful porcelain tile plank flooring runs seamlessly throughout the living room, bedrooms and bathrooms.
We are truly impressed with the excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail that Key Construction demonstrated, and we highly recommend them!
