FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a standard diagnostic (service) fee to come out, evaluate the issue, and provide a repair estimate. If you move forward with the repair, that fee is applied toward the total cost. Final pricing depends on the appliance, the problem, and any parts needed, but we always explain options clearly before any work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering a few details about the appliance and the issue to make sure we’re a good fit. Once scheduled, we come out, diagnose the problem, and provide a clear repair estimate. If approved, we complete the repair either during the same visit (when possible) or once parts arrive. Throughout the process, we focus on clear communication, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are EPA certified and bring over a decade of hands-on experience in the appliance repair industry. We stay up to date on modern appliances and repair techniques, allowing us to accurately diagnose issues and provide reliable, professional service.
