- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostic only is $60, base price for repair is $220 (more or less, depends on complexity of work). Diagnodtic is included to the base prise if work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all I talk to the customer about the appliance problem. Then I do diagnostic and explain to the customer what is damaged, how much is the repair and parts. If he/she decides to have the repair done, we agree about the time for this work or I do the work at the same time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a university education as a mechanical engineer
