Appliance Repair or Maintenance
His card says "Honesty & Professionalism" and that's 100% true. Victor responded quickly, arrived when he said he would, and ran the diagnostics on our washing machine. He was very thorough in making sure he was getting to the heart of the problem and recommended against spending money on fixing the machine. He also very kindly took a look at our food disposal system and quickly resolved a problem with that, too. I appreciated Victor's honesty and his professionalism and would call on him again for future appliance repair. Thank you!

Appliance Repair or Maintenance
I was provided same day service without an upcharge. Victor diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and returned the following day (Saturday) to install it. We're so grateful for the prompt service at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

They did a thorough diagnostic at a reasonable price and after working a considerable time determined that the washer could not be fixed for a reasonable price. I appreciated the hard work and honesty.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First of all I talk to the customer about the appliance problem. Then I do diagnostic and explain to the customer what is damaged, how much is the repair and parts. If he/she decides to have the repair done, we agree about the time for this work.
