Luxaforma LLC is a Building Design & Technology + BIM Consulting company serving clients with the preparation of plans for the following type of projects: one, two-, three-, and four-family dwellings (residential), additions, alterations, garages, and associated accessory buildings to dwellings. Also one-story in height industrial buildings, offices, and farm buildings. Finally, I provide reliable independent contracting services for architectural groups in and out of state with BIM set-up, workflow, and production.
I'm an intern architect who has completed an accredited bachelors program in architecture (5 year professional degree) and is enrolled in the Intern Development Program of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. I’m also an associate member of the American Institute Of Architects, Denver Chapter. My company has been operating for almost 5 years now and have been developing my capacity as professional under the supervision of licensed architects and hold 2 Architectural Registration Exams passing scores and on-path to licensure in 2018.
I am a person of integrity with an upbeat attitude, artistic skills, independent thinking, and creative problem solving abilities. As an architect-in-training, I provide my services to clients for the development of single-family homes, additions, and renovations and consult with licensed professionals as required by state and federal laws. I work with my own equipment and hold an up to date ArchiCAD software license. My involvement in architectural offices utilizing ArchiCAD allowed my development, understanding of how BIM works, its fundamentals, and getting the most from its workflow. During that time, my responsibilities constantly advanced with integral roles such as Project Management because of the pride and ownership I take with projects.
I posses strong design skills, highly proficient with ArchiCAD & 3D visualization software and have many years of experience managing projects from schematic design to construction documentation.
I have set up and managed the BIM process at architectural groups while implementing the Teamwork environment for company growth. I’ve developed ArchiCAD templates to meet specific needs along with workflow processes to aid in project documentation and construction documentation. I understand the complexity of designing a project and have the track record of getting the job done.
Architectural theory and design concepts interest me, especially those having to do with materializing custom structures. I am fascinated by how things work and aspire to expand my knowledge in detailing assemblies along with on-site construction coordination for complex projects. Finally, using todays technology to make ideas reality and working with other talented people.
