- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees will be charged for staying longer. Service fees will be charged with package deals if you request to purchase juice or alcohol packages. Discounts are available to select clients if you’re booking for double events. Pricing starts at $200 and includes a big portable bar with led lights, ice buckets, select garnishes, homemade syrups, bar tools, drink menu, 2 signature cocktails, an 1 of set up, 1 hour of clean up & exceptional service to your guests. (Small parties of 25 and under) (2-3 hours) Contact for prices on bigger events and longer duration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking all the right questions, needs, wants and expectations. I pride in customer satisfaction and will go above and beyond for anyone with serious inquiries. Just communicate with me with what you want and looking for and even if it’s not in my job description I will work it out with you if it works out on both ends. Clients not sure of what to order or how to go about booking a bartender for your event: What is your guest count? * How many hours will your reception last? * Are your guests light, average or heavy drinkers? * Will you have a champagne toast? * How many signature cocktails would you like to offer? * What type of alcohol? Note: These days, the recommended mix is 50% liquor, 25% beer and 25% wine. Typically it's a 50/50 split of red and white wine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry for over 19 years. I have the high speed, attention to detail, extensive knowledge in cocktails. Ability to create a tasty craft cocktail on command. You can tell me the flavors, color and liquors you like and I can come up with a drink specifically crafted for your tastebud liking. I’ve created many cocktail menus for bars and restaurants throughout the years and private events. I’m licensed in alcohol and food handling.
