Chris was very professional and very prompt on all communication, very hard to find now a days in South Florida. The carpets came out perfect, the machine he uses is very different from your standard carpet cleaning companies, I must say I was skeptical at first, but what a huge difference! I left my a/c run colder then normal, and it dried super fast, all stains came out and left it feeling very fresh. Worth the extra cost in my opinion. I highly recommend Chris and will certainly use him again in the future.

Oxi-Fresh and Chris exceeded my expectations! My carpets not only look and feel clean they look fresh or reenergized. The multi step process worked very well on some old set in stains and on the "worn in" traffic pattern. I'm very pleased with the results and Chris is great, I felt he was committed to the job, he didn't rush through the rooms but paid attention to arrears that need pre treating. Chris cares about quality and it shows.

Chris was great. He stayed in contact throughout the whole process, answering any questions I had and he worked around my schedule.
We have a dog so we were concerned with harsh chemicals and this was a Great alternative. Oxifresh uses safe products that are biodegradable.
Our carpets look great and there is no scent of cleaning produts!
The other bonus is the technique allows the carpets to be dry within 45 minutes.
I definitely recommend Chris and his company Oxifresh.

I bought this home two years ago. There were serious pet stains from previous owners, as well as regular carpets needing cleaning. Chris was meticulous. He went way and above what I expected--and the carpets turned out looking fabulous. He is personable, knowledgeable, and one who pays serious attention to detail. Saving his name for future services on this home!

Service man was very helpful and my carpets look great. I have had my carpet cleaned by other companies in the past who left my carpets drenched and he did not. Very nice, easy going gentleman.. Will definitely use him again
