This gentleman was charged $50 for a service. I spent multiple days on the issue and he sent me a hand written thank you card with an additional check! He was a priest with a mailing list of 500,000 parishioners email addresses and names on this failed notebook that sends out literature via email from time to time. It took years for him to put it together. I put approximately 12+ hours on the phone with him and another several hours researching the issue on my own. In these cases I don't change my price nor give up on any issue.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices are as is, they will not change. No extra fees, no hidden fees, no pushy salespeople! Where the prices are not indicated, let me send you a request for more information, .so I can provide you with an accurate price. Don't worry about the request, I will ask you all the questions with as little tech jargon as possible!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My work is exclusively handled remotely. Which means, there is no waiting for a technician time frame window of a few hours, when they will show up to your home or place of business. We initially discuss the problem first, so I may make a determination to make sure or can be handled remotely, or of if I need to schedule an onsite more expensive appointment. During the initial brief (minutes) discussion, I'll give you your price, which will not change. At the same time, we can schedule an appointment time and day too. Next, you will receive an email from my company, which contains a link and/or code, which allows us to connect. This link is 100% safe, only you and I can use it, is available for a short period of time before it expires, and gives me access, only 1 time upon your approval. Last, you'll watch me work from the luxury of your home or business, right on your screen! You will see everything happening, including your mouse moving! What's nice about this process is the cost savings are tremendous, the time saved by not waiting around for hours for a tech to arrive, explains itself, and while I'm working, we can chat on screen, in case you need to mention something else, or have recalled some other things you would like me to take a look at while I'm there! Usually, I won't charge for small extra items. You can schedule an appointment on the calendar on my website or request a free no obligation quote from the website. Payment is due after work is complete and you are satisfied. We usually like to send an invoice to your email for payment, but can also take payment over h phone. All major credit cards, Zelle, and Pay Pal are accepted.
