I contacted JH drain cleaning services in the afternoon about my issue, on a Sunday no less. I was met with a reasonable price for my issue, to scope the lines with a camera and unclog a toilet/shower.
Even with such short notice, I was put into the day schedule with no issues.
Once arrived, I met with Joe who asked about the issue, looked at it and began working.
He checked what I thought was my septic clean out and found out it's not even that but a clean out for my washer! He checked from the roof and was able to locate my septic and showed me where my clog is.
He then snaked and cleared my clog and even had a few test flushes with paper to make sure everything was working before he left.
I've had my fair share of plumbers and some lack integrity with their work. But Joe went above and beyond to do the job.
A huge bonus for giving tips and advice about the proper ways to take care of a septic tank and have to have it pumped and cleaned.

I listed job to clear bathroom drains at 5:30. Joe responded within 10 minutes with a reasonable quote for the job. At 8pm Joe finished clearing the toilet and tub drains (with an electric snake) and the clog was 65 feet away in the drain. Quick efficient professional and pleasant. Strongly recommend.
