- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the first contact with the customer , we collect a brief customer information and general idea about the job, then if required, we schedule a free appointment to come see the project and learn more about the job. We also provide a educational conversation about our work procedure and recommended material for each and specific jobs. Most of the time a fear estimate price its provided right on spot.
