- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by understanding your needs and the details of the job. You may contact us, call, or text to discuss your project. If needed, we can provide a free estimate based on photos or schedule an in-person visit for a more accurate quote. Once the scope of work is clear, we’ll set up a convenient time to get started. We always arrive on time, bring the necessary tools and materials, and complete the job efficiently while ensuring quality. After the work is done, we walk you through the results to make sure you’re satisfied. Our goal is to provide professional, hassle-free service that you can rely on!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a team of pros, we have long-term hands-on experience in various handyman services, including furniture/fixtures/equipment assembly, baseboards&molding installation, interior painting, TV & Wall-Art mounting, carpet cleaning, upholstery & leather furniture cleaning, etc. We apply both scientific knowledge and practical expertise to ensure high-quality work, attention to detail, and reliable solutions for our customers. Simultaneously, as being a founder of PrimaFix and holder of a PhD in Technical Physics, I got a strong foundation in problem-solving, precision, and working with complex systems. While my academic background is highly technical, I’ve also developed extensive hands-on experience in handyman work over the years. Whether it’s repairs, installations, or troubleshooting, I approach each task with the same level of precision and reliability.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our senior handyman, Paul, was always enjoyed working with his hands and solving practical problems around the house. What started as helping friends and family with small repairs and home projects turned into a passion—and eventually a full-time business. Over the years, Paul built up a wide range of skills and experience, and now runs a team of pros who take pride in helping homeowners feel confident that the job will be done right, safely, and efficiently.
