Brian came out and explained the process of cleaning my air duct vents. We agreed upon a a price (15 vents) and it was completed the same day, a Sunday. They do not work on Saturdays. My ducts were pretty dirty so there was a bit of a mess to clean up on the floor but I’m completely satisfied with the overall job. Highly recommend the company.

I hired Air Duct & Dryer Vent Florida for air duct mold removal. The initial communication and proposed pricing were good. However, the actual work was unsatisfactory.
There was mold inside the air ducts and on the air vents. The Air Duct and Dryer Vent representative (William) informed me that I was responsible for removing the mold on the AC vents. I called a few companies after the "completion" of the work to inquire about this and I was told that it is standard for companies to clean the AC vents as well. While the Air Duct & Dryer Vent representative attended to the air ducts, I cleaned the AC vents in the kitchen sink. I was surprised to see that the floor and surrounding areas were not covered with plastic prior to the mold remediation work, and therefore mold and dust debris went everywhere. This was not cleaned up by the Air Duct & Dryer Vent representative. There was clear cross-contamination. A job that was quoted for 1-2 hours for all of my air ducts took about 30 minutes to “complete." I felt like it was rushed. I don’t remember seeing a vacuum that I was told would be used to suck the loosened debris from the vents. What I remember seeing was the brush used to dislodge the debris. I was told that a sealant would be applied if the vents were cracked and damaged. No sealant was used.
Later in the week, I hired a Microbial Hygienist to conduct a post-remediation mold test. He said that the air ducts were still in bad shape and was surprised by the quality of work conducted. He inquired further about what was done and informed me that I should be careful about who I hire. I want to add that the Air Duct & Dryer Vent representative informed me that I don’t have fiberglass air ducts and that my air ducts were in great shape compared to most.
In addition, the company that conducted the mold remediation for my walls and floors stated that I indeed have fiberglass and that a sealant should have been applied to the air ducts because they are cracked. Overall, I am disappointed and sad that my hard-earned money (especially in this economy) went to waste.

I had a very pleasant experience with Natural Air Cleaners. They responded to my inquiry right away and provided me with a very reasonable price for the services rendered. The technician Kiddo was a gentlemen and very knowledgeable individual, my wife and I felt comfortable having him in our home, which is something that is very important to us. The technician was also compliant with Covid-19 protocols and was wearing a mask and shoe covers in my home. The technician was happy to answer all my questions and explained to me how the process works. He also showed me before and after pictures, which made realize how dirty my vents and ducts were. Frandy Arrived per scheduled time, semi cleaned the dryer vent from Laundry room, his snake/brush didn’t make it up high as there was a bend in my vent, he was very nice did what he can do but i would expect from a company to have the proper tools and equipment to fully complete a job in and out, Frandy said it should be ok as he got some lint out, not knowing if I’m still in the safe zone, I hired a different company to come out and they truly shocked me on how much more black lint was stuck in my dryer vent duct and showed me how he got everything out and even educated me for the future, so i can’t blame the tech but I did mention before I hired that my house will need a tall ladder has it’s a townhome 2 story
