We are two older sisters not new to renovation. We live in New York. We wanted to reno our inherited condo in boca Raton. Adrian of AGA builders responded on a Sunday via text with perfect grammar and punctuation. (Prognostication positive. Lol) Site unseen, we took a chance with him on a online long distance “FaceTime” gut renovation of our kitchen and partial reno of our master bathroom, tile flooring, moulding painting electrical and plumbing. We made two visits to Florida for the entire project. Adrian was responsive, calm,efficient and prompt. He paid attention to details. My sis has a critical eye for detail and Adrian accommodated her requests for redo if something was not exact. Some minor hiccups on the project like all projects of this magnitude but Adrian handled them beautifully . Always calm, courteous and timely. He went above and beyond the contract by assembling annoying wayfair furniture, hanging shades and TV’s and a myriad of other handyman jobs that he was under no obligation to do. Just a wonderful helpful man . His crew was pleasant and his sub contractors were great. His prices could not be beat. We will use him again and again I believe he will post pics of our work. Our kitchen is drop dead gorgeous with an incredibly low price tag. Cabinetry top quality and tile work superb
