I had ordered a sliding screen door to replace my old one, unfortunately the one I had ordered was taller by a 1/2 inch (turns out not all screens are standard-no matter what the people at Home Depot tell you!) anyway, Hov was great at keeping me calm and said “don’t worry we will fix it”. He ended up sanding a bit from the top and a bit from the bottom and made it fit flawlessly! Thank you for your hard work and dedication and also for saving me time and more trips to Home Depot! You are the best!
